On the summer of may 23,1984, Froilan A. Fernandez of FEU Chapter met with fellow Triskelion from various chapters. Brod Ernesto Sy of PMMS, Brod Chito Manalo of PSBA, and Brod Allan Loreto, Brod Jun Acido and Brod Ceazar Toroza. Brod Chito and Brod Ernesto Suggested that PSBA Manila chapter should sponsor the founding of the RTC (RTU) chapter. Almost 4 months of careful planning, on Sept. 01, 1984, all were set for the rites. PSBA Manila chapter, PMI chapter, UE chapter and FEU chapter were present at that time. The founding members were Brod Arthur Dizon, Brod Jackelyno Dy, Brod Danny Ubaldo and Brod Napoleon. Brod Froilan dedicated the ritual rites to our Honorable Four Founding Fathers and addressed the four Brods of RTU as the "FOUR PILLARS" of the RTU chapter. And so it was on September 01, 1984 the birth of the RTU Chapter had finally realized, whose aim was to propagate the real essence of friendship and brotherhood. After 2 1/2 years, on March 16, 1987 the Tau Gamma Sigma of the RTU chapter was born with it's Founding batch compose of Sis Rosanna Abitria, Sis Jessica Militar and Sis Julie. They were sponsored by the sigmas of PSBA Manila. after More than 2 Decades of it's founding, The RTU chapter remain strong and still upholds the "VIRTUE" and "OBJECTIVES" that our Four Founding Fathers have Envisioned. Long Live.
